For employers

A repeat visit costs more than a year of practice.

A returned call-out is a van, an engineer and a part. 23 call-outs weighted by how often they really happen, 45 lessons that check the work, and a score per engineer.

n seats for a year at £990 each, before pack discounts

Your numbers, not ours. Packs of 10 seats take five per cent off each step, up to 20 per cent. A 12-month licence, paid in advance.

What teams use it for

Onboarding, evidence, your own controls

Onboarding

A new engineer or subcontractor does fifty controls jobs in the simulator before their first real one, on your systems, scored the same way as everyone else.

Reporting

Every engineer’s fault-finding record, by site and by manager, exportable with dates. Evidence for the audit, and for the conversation about who needs what.

Your controls, your procedures

Custom lesson packs on the controls you fit and the way you want them wired. New systems, same wiring mistakes: lessons ship monthly without a rig.

How a pilot runs

Eight weeks, one region, weekly numbers

  • A 15-minute call with the demo open: what your engineers get wrong most, and that scenario loaded.
  • One academy or one region, 10 to 50 seats, 8 weeks, at one sixth of the yearly seat price, credited against the first year's licence.
  • Weekly numbers to the sponsor: who is practising, what they find, what they miss.
  • An end-of-pilot report with the three numbers you care about, and a quote per site or per team.

Rollouts get an organisation per site with its own admin, one manager at head office, a 12-month licence invoiced against your purchase order, and the enterprise items below with dates. See pricing.

The enterprise answers

What procurement will ask

Single sign-on?
Microsoft sign-in works from day one. SAML single sign-on with your tenant is available on request for rollouts.
Invoicing against a purchase order?
Yes. Licences run for 12 months, paid in advance by card or by invoice on 30-day terms with your PO number on the invoice. There is no monthly billing for organisations: seats are added during the year and reduced at renewal.
Security questionnaire?
Send it. We answer it once, in full, and keep it current. The short version: the simulator runs in the browser and is served from our servers, nothing is installed, no card details touch our systems, and named-engineer data stays in the UK.
Data-processing agreement?
Ours is in the pack; if you need it on your paper, send it over.
Uptime?
A plain statement rather than a contractual guarantee until there is history to promise on: the platform runs on Cloudflare, with a public status page.
How many seats, and what does it cost?
Seats are £990 a seat a year at launch in packs of 10, five per cent off each pack up to 20 per cent at 50 seats; above 50, by quote. A company pilot is 8 weeks for 10 to 50 seats at one sixth of the yearly seat price (£165 a seat for the 10-seat pack), credited in full against the first year if you licence within 30 days of the pilot ending. Free pilots are for colleges; company pilots are paid, because you will judge it on results.
